糖尿病患者高敏C反应蛋白与糖尿病肾病的关系研究

目的分析糖尿病患者高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与糖尿病肾病（DN）的相关性及临床意义。方法将本院120例糖尿病患者按24h尿微量自蛋白（MAU）分为3组，每组40例，并按不同临床检测方法分别进行分析总结。结果血清hs．CRP水平与FBG、TC、TG、MAU、高血压呈正相关。与BMI、Scr、FIB等指标的相关性不显著。结论高敏C反应蛋白与糖尿病肾病发病重要因素之一，随着糖尿病肾病进展，高敏C反应蛋白会水平逐渐随着升高。

Diabetes,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy studies

Objective To analyze patients with diabetes high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and diabetic nephropathy(DN) the correlation and clinical significance.
