体外牙体聚合度测量仪的研制及评价

摘    要:目的介绍体外牙体聚合度测量仪的研制并对其精确性和可行性进行评价。方法根据基牙牙体聚合度的基本原理,利用现有的简单器械,稍加改装,设计制作体外牙体聚合度测量仪,用其测量12个后牙基牙的聚合度,并与用3DCaMega光学三维扫描系统所测量出的基牙牙体聚合度进行配对设计定量资料的t检验。结果体外牙体聚合度测量仪及3DCaMega光学三维扫描系统两种测量方法测量牙体聚合度差别无统计学意义(P=0.656)。结论体外牙体聚合度测量仪满足了设计的需要,精确度高,制作简单,操作方便,价格便宜,能够在教学和临床中进行广泛地推广和使用。

Design and development Of convergence angles' measurement appliance and its evaluation

Abstract:Objective To introduce the design and development of convergence angles ' measurement appliance and make an evaluation of its accuracy and feasibility. Methods Based on the principles of abutment convergence angles, the measurement appliance was designed and manufactured by utilizing and slightly refitting the existent simple apparatus. 12 abutment convergence angles of posterior teeth were measured respectively by the convergence angles' measurement appliance and the 3D CaMega scanning system. The data were recorded and analyzed with Paired-Samples T Test. Result There was no significant difference in the convergence angles (P = 0.656) acquired by the two measuring methods. Conclusion The convergence angles' measurement appliance not only can satisfy the needs of the design with high accuracy, but also have the merits of simple procedure of production and operation and cheaper price, so it can be widely used in teaching and clinic practice.
