喹硫平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的探讨喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将110例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各55例，研究组给予喹硫平治疗，对照组给予利培酮治疗，疗程8周。采用潘氏量表及付反应量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果研究组总有效率67．2％，对照组87．3％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗2周末两组潘氏量表评分均较治疗前有显著性下降（P〈0．05），4周末均有极显著下降（P〈0．01），同期组间潘氏量表评分有显著或极显著性差异（P〈0．05或0．01）。两组不良反应评分无显著性差异（P〉0．05）但不良反应表现存有异同。结论喹硫平治疗精神分裂症疗效显著、安全，疗效虽然稍逊于利培酮，但对临床选药有一定的借鉴作用。

Control studies of domestic quetiapine vs. risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To explore the curative effects and safety of quetiapine in the treatmenit of schizophrenia. Methods 110 schizophrenics were randomly divided into quetiapine group（ n = 55 ） and risperi- done group（ n = 55 ）for 8 weeks. Clinical eurative effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale （PANSS） and adyerse effeeive effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）. Resnits Total effective rates were 67.2% of the quetiapine group and 87. 3% of the risperidone group resperidone group respec- tively, which showed significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. At the and of 2nd week, the PANSS scores of both groups decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, from the end of the 4th week did very （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and in corresponding period there was significant or very signifieant differences between the 2 groups （P 〈 0. 05or0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference in the TESS core （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , but manifestations of adverse effects had difference. Conclusion Domestic quetiapine is effective, safe, in the treatment of schizophrenia, al- though its curative effect less than the tisperidone ＇ s, it has determinate mirror contribution for clinical alternative.
