帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛在肛肠手术的应用

目的：观察帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛用于肛肠手术的效果。方法：75例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级行肛肠手术患者随机分成3组,安慰剂组（A组）、帕瑞昔布钠20 mg组（B组）及帕瑞昔布钠40 mg组（C组）,每组25例。结果：术后4、82、4 h A组的视觉模拟评分显著高于B、C组,B、C组在术后24 h内使用镇痛药的患者例数明显少于A组。结论：只要掌握好药物适应证,帕瑞昔布钠能够安全用于肛肠手术的患者,且取得较为满意的术后镇痛效果。

Application of Parecoxib Sodium on Patients Undergoing Anorectal Surgery for Preemptive Analgesic

Objective：To evaluate the preemptive analgesic effect of parecoxib sodium on anorectal surgery.Methods：75 patients of ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱundergoing anorectal surgery were allocated randomly into three groups with 25 cases each.Before spinal anesthesia patients in group A were injected normal saline 10 ml intravenously,patients in group B were injected parecoxib sodium 20 mg,and patients in group C were injected parecoxib sodium 40 mg.The analgesic effect was evaluated by VAS score at 2、4、8 and 24 hours after surgery.Results： The VASs cores of group A at 4、8、24 hour safter operation were significantly higher than other groups.The patients who need analgetics in 24 hour s after operation in group B and C were significant1y less than which in group A.There was no significant side effects in all groups.Conclusion ：If only the ind1cat1ons of drug were mastered,preemptlve analgesic with parecoxib sodium is effective and safe in patients undergoing anorectal surgery.
