| 摘 要： | 目的]了解类风湿性关节炎住院患者寒湿闭阻和湿热闭阻型实验室检查概况。方法]对类风湿性关节炎患者寒湿闭阻和湿热闭阻型相关实验室指标借助于SPSS13.0统计软件进行相关分析。结果]相关分析(Pearson)中CRP与ESR呈正相关关系,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。秩相关分析(Spearman)中RF与抗CCP抗体、CRP呈正相关关系,且有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论]住院治疗时大多数RA患者骨质破坏程度较严重,甚至不可逆转。

| Abstract: | Objective]To know in-hospital rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients'lab tests on cold-damp block and damp-heat block types.Method]With SPSS13.0 systemic software,make analysis on relative lab indexes of rheumatoid arthritis patients of cold-damp block and damp-heat block types.Result]In pearson analysis,CRP and ESR are in positive relation,having statistical meaning(P<0.01);So are RF and anti-CCR antibody,CRP in Spearman.Conclusion]In in-hospital treatment,many RA patients have severe bone destroy,even un-reversible. |
