强极性大孔吸附树脂对三七皂苷的分离纯化研究

摘    要:目的 探索-种高效、实用的分离纯化三七皂苷的技术。方法根据三七皂苷的结构特征,选用强极性吸附树脂ADS-2,并对ADS-2树脂的吸附性能进行了系统研究。采用HPLC法对产品中人参皂苷Rg1,Re,Rb1和三七皂苷R-进行了测定。结果 ADS-2树脂对三七皂苷具有较高的吸附选择性,50%乙醇作为脱附剂,产品中有效成分含量为:人参皂苷Rg1 31.7%,Re 5.40%,Rb1 5.79%,三七皂苷R1 29.7%,产率为7.75%。结论大孔ADS-2吸附树脂对三七皂苷的分离纯化简单、高效,易于工业化生产。
