| 摘 要： | 为了解医学新生的学习目标、职业认知状况及影响职业目标确立的主要因素,采用自制调查表对医学专业新生进行职业理想现况调查。结果表明:学生是否自主选择职业对今后择业方向有影响;学生的自我认知状况关系着职业理想的正确确立;能认知自己的优劣势对职业理想的确立有促进作用。

| Abstract: | Probe into 2844 medical college freshmen with self-made questionnaire of their occupational ideal,in order to determine the influential factors that objective of study,the cognition of professional objective.The results indicate that:which selection of their profession can influence the occupation in the future career;students who had self-cognition the proper choice of profession;clearly cognize their advantages and defect;in which to promote the occupational ideal in the future career. |
