峰流速仪在5周岁以下儿童轻、中度持续性哮喘临床应用观察

目的观察峰流速仪在5岁以下儿童轻中度哮喘中的临床应用情况。方法将50例3～5岁诊断为轻中度哮喘患儿按照指南制定的诊疗标准进行吸入糖皮质激素（ICS）或吸入糖皮质激素（ICS）联合长效β2受体激动剂（LABA）治疗3个月,治疗过程中用呼气峰流速仪监测患儿病情的变化,观察治疗后患儿呼气峰流速值与临床控制情况的变化,探讨峰流速仪在5周岁以下儿童轻、中度持续性哮喘临床监测中的应用价值。结果经过3个月的治疗,患儿日间症状、活动受限程度、夜间症状/憋醒、缓解药物治疗情况均有所好转,同时呼气峰流速值（PEF）升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论呼气峰流速仪为3～5岁哮喘儿童疾病的监测提供一种可能。

The observation of peak flow meter in children with mild to moderate persistent asthma under 5 years of age

Objective To observe the application ofpeak flow meterin childrenwithmild tomoderateasthmaunder5 yearsold.Methods 50 patients with mild to moderate asthma in 3-5 years old children carried out by conventional inhaled corticosteroid（ICS） or inhaled corticosteroid（ICS） combined long-acting β2-agonist（LABA） treatment for 3 months,the course of treatment using peak expiratory flow meter to monitor changes in children with the disease.Children with peak expiratory flow values and clinical control of any change in circumstances after the treatment were observed.The value of peak flow meter in children with mild to moderate persistent asthma clinical monitoring under 5 years old.Results After 3 months treatment,children with daytime symptoms,activity limitation level,night symptoms/choke awake to ease the situation of drug treatment all improved,while the value of peak expiratory flow（PEF） increased significantly compared with those before the treatment（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Peak expiratory flow meter for the monitor of asthmatic disease of 35 years old children provides a possibility.
