第3天移植的胚胎培养液sHLA-G表达与妊娠率和种植率的关系

目的:通过对第3天移植的胚胎培养液sHLA-G的定性分析,了解其与妊娠率和种植率的关系。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA,检测胚胎培养液sHLA-G的表达情况。结果:IVF组,98例,移植胚胎204个。A组(sHLA-G阳性):妊娠率67.3%(35/52),着床率38.9%(42/108);B组(sHLA-G阴性):妊娠率8.7%(4/46),着床率6.2%(6/96)。两者比较,有统计学差异(P<0.0001)。其中A组中又分3组,~30岁,妊娠率70.8%(17/24),着床率41.7%(20/48);30~35岁,妊娠率63.6%(14/22),着床率34%(16/47);35~38岁,妊娠率66.7%(4/6),着床率46.2%(6/13),3组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。ICSI组:41例,移植胚胎85个。A组:妊娠率72.2%(13/18),着床率41.7%(15/36);B组:妊娠率13%(3/23),着床率6.1%(3/49),两者比较,有统计学差异(P<0.0001)。结论:第3天移植的胚胎培养液中sHLA-G的表达与妊娠率和着床率正相关。

Relationship between sHLA - G expression of culture media and pregnancy or implantation rates from day 3 embryo transfer

Objective:To study the relationship between sHLA-G expression of culture media from day 3 embryo transfer and pregnancy or implantation rates by detecting the qualitation of sHLA-G.Methods:The expression of sHLA-G were detected by antibody-sandwich ELISA.Results:204 embryos were transferred from 98 patients fertilization by IVF.In group A(at least one embryo transferred was sHLA-G positive)the pregnancy and implantation rates were 67.3%(35/52)and 38.9%(42/108),respectively,compared to 8.7%(4/46)and 6.2%(6/96)in group B(all embryos transferred were sHLA-G negative),having significant differences between two groups.Group A were divided into three subgroups based on age,the pregnancy and implantation rates for women ≤30 years,30~35 years,35-38 years were 70.8%(17/24)and 41.7%(20/48),63.6%(14/22)and 34%(16/47),66.7%(4/6)and 46.2%(6/13),respectively,there were no significant differences in three subgroups.85 embryos were transferred from 41 cases of fertilization by ICSI.In group A the pregnancy and implantation rates were 72.2%(13/18)and 41.7%(15/36),respectively,compared to 13%(3/23)and 6.1%(3/49)in group B,having significant difference.Conclusion:The sHLA-G expression of culture medium has positive correlation with PR and IR.
