五脏脉图与脉象胃神根关系的探讨

从中医基础理论出发,以脏腑学说为基础,提出五脏脉图假说并阐述了脉图形成机理,进而探讨了脉象的“胃神根”在脉图中的表现。①平脉,为有胃神根之脉,心肺波为脉图的主体,脾肾肝波不显示,节律匀齐。②病脉,少胃神根之脉:弦而有力脉,心肺波为脉图主体,脾波显示且大于等于心波幅,肝波显示,肾波不显示;弦而无力脉,心肺波为脉图主体,且波幅减低,脾肾波显示;滑而有力脉,心波为脉图主体,肺波明显下移,脾波显示且明显下移;滑而无力脉,心波较高,脾肺肾肝波依次显示于后;涩脉,心波减低与脾肝波融合为一体波群;结脉,脉图节律不齐,大小不一。无“胃神根”之脉:微脉,心脾肺肾肝波全显现,呈低波幅绕基线波动。此外,还以胃神根在脉图中的表现探讨了五脏气血盛衰的变化。

Exploration on the Pulse Graph with Stomach - Qi, Vitality and Root

According to the theory of TCM,the author advanced the assumption of pulse graph of five Zang-organs and approached the forming mechanism of pulse graph.The article expounded the characteristic of stomach-Qi,vitality and root in pulse graph.①The pulse graph with stomach-Qi,vitality and root is normal pulse graph,its main part is the waves of heart and lung.It has regular rhythm and frequency.The waves of spleen,kidney and liver don't appear.②The pulse graph of deficiency of stomach-Qi is abnormal pulse graph.With the main part of the waves of heart and lung,its significant character is the appearance of spleen waves,It may have no regular rhythm and frequency.Appearance of waves of liver and kidney varies with syndromes.③The pulse graph without stomach-Qi,vitality and root is the pulse graph of real pulse condition.The waves of heart and lung lower notably and the main part of pulse graph disappears.All of spleen,kidney,and liver waves appear.Each wave undulates near the datum line.
