| 摘 要： | 目的 通过尸体解剖 ,分别测量胸背神经和神经转移途径的长度 ,为胸背神经转移与腋神经吻合治疗三角肌麻痹术式的可能性提供解剖依据。方法 2 2具成人尸体 ,41侧 ,均为男性 ,测量胸背神经的起始点至前肌支入肌点的长度 ;于上肢下垂位从胸背神经起始点过腋鞘的后侧穿四边孔至其后缘 ,测量神经的转移途径。结果 胸背神经平均长度为 (12 .47± 1.2 0 )cm ,神经转移途径为 (9.62± 1.2 7)cm。结论 胸背神经要比其转移途径的长度长 ,该术式是可行的
