| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨主成分logistic回归分析方法在筛选妊娠期糖尿病危险因素中的作用.方法]首先对logistic回归模型进行共线性诊断,然后应用主成分改进的logistic回归分析,得到并解释最终的回归模型.结果]共线性诊断BMI在内的多种因素有关.结论]主成分改进的logistic回归在筛选妊娠期糖尿病危险因素中具有较好的作用,在对疾病危险因素进行logistic回归分析时,若变量间存在多重共线性,采用主成分改进的logistic回归分析能得出更合理的回归分析.

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the application of logistic regression based on principal component analysis on the risk factors of women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods] After making multicollinearity diagnosis on logistic regression model, the logistic regression model improved by principal component analysis was used to get and explain a new model. Resuits ] There was significant multicollinearity among variables. The results of the improved logistic regression showed that GDM concerned with many factors such as age, family history, BMI of prior to conception, etc. Conclusion] The improved logistic regression model is effective in analyzing the risk factors of women with GDM. It can conduct a more ideal model if there is multicollinearity among variables. |
