105例围绝经期子宫出血患者诊刮病理分析

目的探讨围绝经期异常子宫出血的原因和诊刮病理分析的重要性。方法对105例41～55岁的围绝经期异常子宫出血患者的临床与病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果在围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中,功能失调子宫出血占89.6%(94/105),增生期子宫内膜和分期子宫内膜改变27例(占25.7%),单纯性增生59例(占56.2%),复杂性增生10例(占10.5%),不典型增生8例(占7.6%)。子宫内膜良性病变6例(占8.6%);子宫内膜癌5例(占1.9%)。结论子宫内膜增生是围绝经期异常子宫出血的重要原因,年龄和同时患有其他疾病是子宫内膜增生发生癌变的主要危险因素。诊刮病理分析是围经期子宫出血的有效诊断手段。

Curettage Pathological Analysis of Uterine Bleeding in 105 Permenopausal Women

Objective To explore the cause of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding and the importance of pathological analysis.Method 105 patients from 41-55 years old with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding were retrospectively analyzed by the clinical and pathological information.Results Among all the permenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding women patients,89.6% （94/105） women patients were dysfunctional uterine bleeding,27 cases （25.7%） were considered as in the period of proliferative phase endometrium and staging of endometrial changes,59 cases （accounting for 56.2 %） were recognized as simple hyperplasia,10 patients （10.5%） were diagnosed as complex hyperplasia,at the same time,8 cases （7.6%） were identified as atypical hyperplasia,6 cases （8.6%） were defined as endometrial benign lesions;five cases （1.9%） were diagnosed as endometrial cancer.Conclusion Endometrial hyperplasia is the important cause of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding,meanwhile age and suffering other diseases at the same time are the major risk factors for cancer processing.Curettage pathological analysis is an effective diagnostic tool in perimenopausal uterine bleeding.
