健脾益肾豁痰化瘀法治疗老年高脂血症的疗效观察

观察健脾益肾、豁痰化瘀法治疗老年高脂血症的疗效。设中药治疗组 48例 ,多烯康对照组 32例 ,均服药 2个月。结果治疗组总有效率 85 .41% ,明显优于对照组的 6 2 .5 % ( P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组血清总胆固醇 ( TC)治疗前后比较有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,甘油三酯 ( TG)、高密度脂蛋白 ( HDL)治疗前后比较亦有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。对照组 TC治疗前后比较有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,TG、HDL 治疗前后比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :健脾益肾、豁痰化瘀法治疗老年高脂血症疗效显著

Clinical Observation on Effect of Spleen Invigorating and Kidney Nourishing Therapy for Reducing Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis in Treating Senile Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of spleen invigorating and kidney nourishing therapy for reducing phlegm and removing blood stasis in treating senile hyperlipidemia.Methods:48 patients were treated with the above therapy and 32 patients,comprising the control group,were treated with Duoxikang.Both groups were treated for 2 months.Results:The total effective rate was 85.41% for the treatment group,compared with 62.5%( P <0.05) for the control group.In the treatment group,the serum total cholesterol(TC) before treatment was markedly different from that after treatment( P < 0.01 ).A similar difference was observed in the level of triglyceride(TG) and high density lipoprotein(HDL)( P <0.05).In the control group,TC before treatment was markedly different from that after treatment( P <0.05) while no appreciable difference was detected in TG and HDL before and after the treatment.Conclusion:Spleen invigorating and kidney nourishing therapy for reducing phlegm and removing blood stasis is effective in treating senile hyperlipidemia.
