肝病患者1913例中庚型肝炎病毒感染状况的临床分析

目的　了解庚型肝炎病毒 (HGV)在各种类型病毒性肝炎中的感染状况 ,对 HGV感染的病例进行临床分析。方法　对 1913例不同临床类型的住院病人进行回顾性分析。结果　共检出抗 -HGV阳性 15 7例(8.2 1% ) ,其中单独抗 -HGV阳性者 3 6例 (1.88% ) ,与其他各型肝炎病毒均有重叠 /混合感染 ,共检出 12 1例(6.3 3 % )。在感染病例中以中青年为主 (5 9.2 4% ) ,肝癌患者中 HGV的感染率 (3 3 .3 3 % )明显高于其他组 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论　 HGV病毒可与其他各型肝炎病毒重叠 /混合感染 ,也可单独存在 ,可致各种肝炎、肝硬化 ,甚至可能引起肝癌

A clinical analysis on the infectious condition of hepatitis G virus among 1 913 hepatopathies

Objective To investigate HGV (hepatitis G virus) infection condition in all kinds of viral hepatitis,and make a clinical analysis on patients infected HGV.Method A retrospective study on 1 913 inpatients with different clinical types was made.Results One hundned and fifty seven of the 1 913 serum samples were positive for anti HGV(8.21%),36 were found of mere presence of HGV antibody (1.88%),121 co infection with other viruses of hepatitis (6.33%).The age distribution of HGV infection was mainly in the middle aged and the youth (59.27%).The patients with liver cancer had HGV antibody more frequently than others (P<0 005).Conclusion HGV may be co infectious with other viruses of hepatitis,and it alone can infect the human .It can induce hepatitis,hepatocirrhosis,even liver cancer.
