三维超声在胆囊内隆起样病变中的诊断价值

目的　探讨三维超声对胆囊内隆起样病变的诊断价值。方法　对 45例 5 2枚胆囊内隆起样病变患者采用二维显像及三维成像检查并对两种图像效果进行对比研究。结果　三维成像较常规二维超声能够更好的显示胆囊内隆起样病变的部位、范围、数目、边界和内部回声 ,其图像清晰、立体感强、空间关系明确、形态非常直观。结论　三维超声可以更清晰的显示胆囊内隆起样病变的部位、大小、范围、形态、空间关系 ,可以为临床医师诊治方案的制定提供更丰富、更令人信服的资料

The Clinical Value of 3D-Ultrasound in Diagnosis of the Apophysis Lesions of Gallbladder

Objective To study the clinical value of 3D-ultrasound in diagnosis of the apophysis lesions of gallbladder. Method 45 patients suffering from gallbladder with 52 apophysis lesions were studied and compared 2D-ultrasound with 3D-ultrasound. Result The 3D-ultrasound image was clearer and better than that of traditionary 2D-ultrasound in the diagnosis of the apophysis lesions of gallbladder. The 3D-ultrasound image in the apophysis lesions of gallbladder was clearer and truer than that of 2D-ultrasound. Conclusions The 3D-ultrasound was more useful than the traditionary 2D-ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of the apophysis lesions of gallbladder and it could provide the clinical doctor with truer and more useful information in making the operation scheme.
