小针刀松解加综合疗法治疗陈旧性肛裂265例临床观察

目的:为了提高肛裂的治疗效果。方法:采用小针刀行侧方内括约肌松解术加局部注射,复方亚甲蓝局部封闭,配合中药坐浴,复方硝酸甘油膏外涂,综合治疗陈旧性肛裂265例。结果:治愈251例(94.7%),好转14例(6.3%),有效率100%。随访半年,未发生复发和肛门失禁。结论:小针刀加综合疗法治疗陈旧性肛裂,较传统手术治疗操作简单、创伤小、愈合快、痛苦小。

Operation with small needle- knife latenallysis with combined therapy for chronic anal fissure in 265 cases

Objective:For the purpose of raising the curative effects in the treatment of anal fissure.Methods:265 patients with chronic anal fissure were subjected to the following therapy:lateral lysis of internal sphincter with small needle-knife combined with local injection,with methylene blue local injection,sitz bath with chinese meteria medica,and externally-used conpound glycerin nitrate ointment.Results:251 cases were cured(94.7%),14 cases were improved(6.3%),thus effective rate was 100%;no recurrence and anal incontinence were found after the follow-up of 0.5 year.Conclusion:Compared with routine operation,above-mentioned therapy has such advantages as simpler manipulation,less treuma,faster healing and less pain.
