眼科学硕士研究生生源情况对培养质量的影响

目的 探讨生源情况对硕士研究生的培养质量的影响，为硕士研究生的招生及培养提供参考依据。方法 对中山大学中山眼科中心1997年以来培养的硕士研究生有关情况进行整理，并运用SPSS11．0 for window统计软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果 硕士研究生培养质量受毕业学校、入学前工作时间、年龄等因素影响。临床专业知识和技能、科学研究能力不受硕士研究生的生源情况影响。结论 培养单位所做的工作将直接影响硕士研究生的临床能力和科研能力，因此应该加强学科、临床条件、科研条件等方面的建设，为硕士研究生提供培养的基础平台。

The effect of admitted students index on the education quality of postgraduates majored in ophthalmology

Objective To investigate the affecting factors on the education quality of postgraduates studied, and to provide reference of postgraduate admission and education. Method The 104 postgraduates studied at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of SUN Yat-sen University in 1997 were involved in this study. The software SPSS 11.0 was used to analyze the data. Results The educational quality of postgraduate was affected by previous graduate college, working period before admission and admission age. Clinical experience and research skills were mainly trained in their postgraduate study. Conclusion The hospital was responsible for the development of clinical competence and scientific research abilities of postgraduate, the conditions of clinic and research in hospital must be promoted rapidly.
