摘    要:目的 探讨新生儿葡萄糖菌败血症的药敏与疗效的关系。方法 回顾性分析上海市獐医院1997年1月~1999年12月新生儿葡萄球菌败血症药敏结果并与临床疗效进行综合分析。结果 本组病例中表皮葡萄球菌感染率较高(33/35),凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)占94.29%。药敏显示万古霉素、安美汀、优力新、头孢呋辛、头孢唑啉、阿米卡星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星耐药率较低,青霉素与氨苄西林联合用药治愈率较高,明显优于

Abstract:Objective To study the relevance of efficacy and the drug sensitivity test on the treatment ofstaphylococcus septicemia in the newborns. Methods The data of staphylococcus septicemia of the newborns from1997.1. to 1999.12. in Shanghai Children's Hospital were reviewed. Result It was found that the infection rate ofS. Epidermidis was high (33/35), 94.29%, these belonged to coagulase-negation staphylococci. According to thedrug sensitivity test, the resistant rates to Vancomycin, Augmentin, Unasyn, Zinacef, Cefazolin, Amicacin,Ciprofloxacin and Ofloxacin were low. Combination of Penicillin and Ampicillin also had high curative rate. ConclusionThe drug sensitivity test serves as a guidance for correct selection of antibiotics in clinical practice. Without the knowl-edge of drug sensitivity results, one can use Cefazolin or Zinacef or Unasyn or combination of Penicillin and Ampicillinwhich are also effective. (Shanghai Med J, 2000,23:483-485)
