妊娠合并重度血小板减少的围产期护理24例

目的探讨妊娠合并重度血小板减少症的围产期护理措施。方法回顾总结24例患者的临床资料、处理方法和产前、产时、产后的护理措施。结果24例患者阴道分娩2例,剖宫产22例,产后出血率为8%,无严重感染,无孕产妇及新生儿死亡。结论选择合适的分娩方式、加强监护、适时提升血小板是妊娠合并重度血小板减少患者顺利渡过围产期,确保母婴平安的重要保证。

The perinatal nursing about 24 puerpera with severe thrombocytopenia

Objective To study the perinatal nursing measures about the puerpera with severe thrombocytopenia. Methods Reviewed the perinatal nursing measures about 24 puerpera with severe thrombocytopenia. Results There were 2 puerpera delivery by vagina, the others were delivery by cesarean section. The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 8%, and there were no severe infection. All the puerpera and the newborns were good. Conclusion Proper delivery method and the careful nursing can guarantee the puerpera and the newborns' safety.
