慢性原发性失眠患者人格特征与家庭环境的研究

目的：评估嘉兴市慢性原发性失眠患者的人格特征与家庭环境特点。方法：分别采用MMPI、FES-CV计算机测试软件,其中慢性原发性失眠患者67例,健康志愿者51例,对就诊患者和健康志愿者进行测试。就两组10个基本量表分以及家庭环境量表10个因子进行统计分析。结果：失眠组和健康志愿者心理异常发生率差异明显;失眠组与健康对照组在疑病、抑郁、癔病、精神病态、精神衰弱、精神分裂分量表分值上差异显著（P〈0．05）;亲密度、情感表达、娱乐性、组织性等因子量表分差异显著。结论：慢性原发性失眠患者存在人格和家庭环境的缺陷,失眠与人格和家庭环境有关。

Personality characteristics and family environment features of chronic primary insomnia

Objective To study personality characteristics and family environment features of chronic primary insomnia in Jiaxing City. Methods We adopted MMPI and FES- CV computer testing software to measure out patients and healthy volunteers ,who were divided into two groups according to psychology clue ,including 67 chronic primary insomnia patients and 51 healthy volunteers ,then did statistical analysis. Results The difference in occurrence rate of psychological abnormality between the two groups was significant. The marks of suspicion, depression, hysteria,psychopathy, schizophrenia between the two groups were significantly different （P（0. 05） in MMPI. The marks of cohesion, expressiveness, active- recreational orientation, organization between the two groups were significantly different （P〈（0. 05） in FES--CV. Conclusion The patients of chronic primary insomnia tend to have defects at personality characteristics and family environment. Insomnia is relative to the characteristics and family environment.
