急性肾功能衰竭30例临床治疗疗效分析

Treatment of acute renal failure:clinical analysis of 30 cases

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of several therapies in the treatment of acute renal failure（ARF）Methods 30 cases were reported.In the course of treatment,routine measures were taken as well as vasodilator plus high dosage of furosemide,hemodialysis（HD） and peritoneal dialysis（PD）.Results In the early phase of ARF,10 cases were treated using vasodilator plus high dosage of furosemide,in which 6 were cured,2 died and another 2 had dissatisfactory effect.7 cases were treated with HD,in which 5 were cured,one died and another one transferred into chronic kidney function failure.8 cases were treated with PD,in which 7 were successful and one was dead.5 cases were treated in a routine way,of which 3 were dead,with a mortality rate of 60%.Conclusion The early use of vasodilator and HD may cut down the mortality rate,reduce complications and shorten the time of rehabilitation.HD and PD are both advisable as an effective means in the treatment of ARF,but PD is easily applicable and should be the first choice.
