天津市餐厨垃圾管理现状及对策

摘    要:通过对天津市餐厨垃圾现状的调研,指出天津市餐厨垃圾管理存在管理政策法规不完善;相关部门缺乏沟通合作;利益链尚未捋顺、环境污染严重;相关技术扶持力度不够等问题,并提出餐厨垃圾资源化处理需要采取加强政府主导、市场调节、法律监管等措施.

Abstract:The status of food residue in Tianjin was investigated and studied.Existing problems in food residue management in Tianjin were pointed out,including unperfectly management policy regulation,lack of communication and cooperation among department,a fine pattern of benefit chain not being established,serious environmental pollution,and lack of technical support.And the measure of food residue reclamation was put forward,or enhancing government guiding,market regulation,and law supervision.
