| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the MRI features of primary intracranial lymphoma,and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods MRI findings of 12 patients with primary brain lymphoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results 10 male and 2 female cases,with the average age of 57.2,were analyzed.The lesions were mostly located in the middle of brain.The lesions demonstrated isointensity signal or slightly hypointensity signal on T1WI,and slightly hyperintensity signal or isointensity signal on T2WI.After Gd-DTPA injection,the lesions took on obvious enhancement.Conclusion Most primary intracranial lymphomas have typical MRI features.MRI can serve an aid to the diagnosis of primary lymphoma in the brain. |
