维生素K_1注射液、硫酸镁注射液与阿托品注射液的配伍稳定性考察

摘    要:目的:考察维生素K1注射液、硫酸镁注射液与阿托品注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:观察及测定3种注射液在0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后于室温下避光放置24h内的外观、pH值及不溶性微粒数,并采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中维生素K1、阿托品的含量,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定配伍液中硫酸镁的含量。结果:在避光24h内,维生素K1、硫酸镁及阿托品在0.9%氯化钠和5%葡萄糖注射液中的外观、pH值、不溶性微粒数及含量均无明显变化。结论:在避光条件下,维生素K1注射液、硫酸镁注射液及阿托品注射液在24h内可以配伍使用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the compatible stability of Vitamin K1 injection, Magnesium sulfate injection and Atro- pine injection. METHODS: The changes in appearance, insoluble particles and pH value of the compatible solutions of these three injections in 0.9% Sodium chloride injection and 5% Glucose injection were observed within 24 h at the ambient temperature and protected from light. The contents of vitamin K~ and atropine were determined by HPLC. The content of magnesium sulfate was de- termined by AAS. RESULTS: No obvious changes in the appearance, pH value, insoluble particle number and contents of vitamin K1 magnesium, sulfate and atropine in 0.9% Sodium chloride injection and 5% Glucose injection were demonstrated at the condition of being protected from light within 24 h. CONCLUSION: Vitamin K1 injection, Magnesium sulfate injection and Atropine sulfate injection are shown to be compatible at the condition of being, protected from light within 24 h
