我国实行基本药物公众用药教育的必要性

目的:为推进我国国家基本药物制度实施和促进基本药物合理使用提供参考。方法:分析我国国家基本药物制度实施中药物使用系统存在的问题,介绍其他国家和组织在基本药物公众教育方面的经验和成果。结果与结论:公众是影响国家基本药物制度实施的关键因素,公众对基本药物的认知缺乏阻碍了国家基本药物制度的推行,因此有必要对公众进行用药教育。我国应该借鉴国外先进经验,相关部门应积极推行基本药物的公众用药教育,促进基本药物的优先合理使用。

On the Necessity of Public Education on Essential Drugs Use in China

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the implementation of Essential Drug System and the improvement of ratio- nal use of essential drugs in China. METHODS： Problems that existed in essential drugs use system during implementation of Es- sential Drug System were analyzed, and the experiences and achievements of the relevant countries and organizations in public edu- cation on essential drugs were introduced. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The public was the key factor of the implementation of Essential Drug System. The public lacking of cognition on essential drugs held back the implementation of Essential Drug System. It was necessary to carry out medication education for the public. We should learn the advanced experiences of foreign countries and the relevant departments should actively promote the public education on essential drug use to promote the prior and rational use of essential drugs.
