HPLC法测定注射用盐酸普鲁卡因中普鲁卡因的含量

目的:建立测定注射用盐酸普鲁卡因中普鲁卡因含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为AgilentC18柱,流动相10为μL含,柱0.温1%为庚25烷℃磺。酸结钠果的:普0.0鲁5卡mo因L·检L测-1浓磷度酸在二2氢.0甲～溶16液0.0-甲mg醇·(m7L0-1∶范30)围,内流与速峰为面1.积0m积L分·m值in呈-良1,检好测线波性长关系为(2r9=00n.m99,9进6)样;量平为均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.53%。结论:该法简便、灵敏、结果准确,可用于注射用盐酸普鲁卡因的质量控制。

Content Determination of Procaine in Procaine Hydrochloride for Injection by HPLC

OBJECTIVE： To develop a method for the content determination of procaine in Procaine hydrochloride for injec- tion. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. Agilent C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol. L^-1 dihydrogen phosphate armour solution including 0.1% heptane sulfonic acid sodium-methanol （70：30） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm, and the injection volume was 10μL. The column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS： The linear range of procaine was 2.0-160.0 mg.mL^-1 （r=0.999 6） with an average recovery of 99.2% （RSD=0.53%）. CONCLUSION： The method is convenient and accurate, which is can be used for the quality control of Procaine hydrochloride for injection.
