我国基本药物配送制度亟待解决的问题探讨

目的:为完善我国基本药物配送制度提供参考。方法:分析我国各地基本药物招标采购过程中存在的问题,并提出建议。结果与结论:目前,我国各地基本药物配送主要存在招标不透明、政府过多干预等问题,影响了基本药物配送制度的顺利实施。统一配送、发挥市场机制作用,减少政府干预,并给所有企业公平的游戏规则,是目前我国药品集中招标采购应重点解决的问题。

Discussion on the Urgent Problems of Essential Drug Delivery System in China

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for improving Essential Drug Delivery System in China. METHODS： The prob- lems were analyzed throughout the bidding and purchasing process of essential drugs, and recommendations were put forward. RE- SULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Uniform delivery of market mechanisms should play a role in reducing government intervention, and provide fair game rules for all enterprises. Currently, they are the problems resolved urgently in drugs centralized bidding and pur- chasing in China.
