| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨我院1993～2006年118例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔诊治情况.方法 腹痛、腹膜炎体征、腹部穿刺是诊断的主要依据.治疗方法分为非手术治疗、穿孔单纯缝合术和胃大部分切除术.对于各种治疗方法的选择进行讨论.结果 本组收治胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔118例,其中非手术治疗45例(38.1%),手术治疗73例(61.9%).治愈117例,死亡1例.结论 我院对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔诊治是成功的.

| Abstract: | Objective Purpose To Summary the dianostic and treatment experiment of 118 cases gastroduodenal ulcer in our hospital.Methods The stomachache, peritonitis and centesis are the main dianostic foundation.The non-operation, the suture of perforation and the stomach ablation are the main treatment.Results The 45 (38.1%)cases of the gastroduodenal ulcer is non-operation and 73(61.9%)cases of the gastroduodenal ulcer is operation in our hospital.117 cases has cured and 1 case has died of 118 cases gastroduodenal ulcer in our hospital.Conclution The dianosis and treatment of 118 cases gastroduodenal ulcer are successful in our hospital. |
