UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿红细胞白细胞的性能评价

摘    要:目的评价Sysmex UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪(UF-1000i)检测尿红细胞、白细胞的性能,探讨其联合应用尿干化学法(干化学法)及显微镜镜检法(镜检法)的临床应用价值。方法检测UF-1000i的精密度、线性、携带污染率,并收集新鲜尿液标本500例,分别用UF-1000i、干化学法及镜检法检测,并进行统计分析。结果UF-1000i具有良好的精密度、线性、极低的携带污染率;UF-1000i与干化学法检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);以镜检法为标准,UF-1000i检测红细胞阳性率为48.2%,假阳性率为20.4%,假阴性率为2.2%;检测白细胞阳性率为48.4%,假阳性率为21.2%,假阴性率为2.4%。UF-1000i与干化学法联合检测与镜检法比较:UF-1000i检测红细胞的不符合率从UF-1000i与镜检法的22.6%、UF-1000i与干化学法的18.6%降至10.0%;UF-1000i检测白细胞的不符合率从UF-1000i与镜检法的23.6%、UF-1000i与干化学法的22.8%降至9.6%,3种方法结合可大大降低不符合率,从而使检测结果更加准确。结论 UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿红细胞、白细胞的精密度高、线性好、携带污染率低,无论是UF-1000i、干化学法,还是UF-1000i与干化学法联合检测均不能代替镜检法,UF-1000i与干化学法联合检测可起筛查作用,只有将三者结合才能达到既提高工作效率又保证结果准确性的目的,实现其临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the peformance of Sysmex UF-1000i fully automated urine sediment analyzer(UF-1000i) in detection of red blood cell(RBC) and white blood cell(WBC) in urine sediment specimens,and discus-sed the value of clinical applications on the combined use of it with urine dry chemical method and microscopy examination.Methods Evaluated the precision,linearity and carryover of UF-1000i.Collected 500 cases of fresh urine samples to test with UF-1000i,dry chemical and the microscope respectively,then analyzed the results with statistic software.Results UF-1000i possessed good precision,linear and low carryover,the results of UF-1000i comparing with that of dry chemical had no significantly difference;compared with the standard of microscopic examination,the positive,false positive and false negative rates of testing RBC with UF-1000i were 48.2%,20.4% and 2.2% respectively;However,and it was 48.4%,21.2% and 2.4% in WBC compared UF-1000i and dry chemical with microscopy: UF-1000i did not meet the rate of detection of RBC from the UF-1000i and the microscope 22.6%,UF-1000i and dry chemical 18.6% to 10.0%;UF-1000i did do not meet the rate of detection of WBC from the UF-1000i and the microscope 23.6%,UF-1000i and dry chemical 22.8% to 9.6%,Combination of three methods not meet the rate be greatly reduced,so that more accurate test results.Conclusion UF-1000i possesses high precision,good linearity and low carryover,however,no matter UF-1000i,dry chemical or UF-1000i combining with dry chemical,none of them can replace for the microscopy.UF-1000i combined application with dry chemical can play a role in screening,only through combination of the three methods,can increase work efficiency and ensure the accuracy.
