| 摘 要： | 目的比较CT和磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)技术对于胆石症的诊断效果。方法对86例经手术证实的胆石症患者行CT和MRCP检查。结果所有胆石症患者中,胆管结石的CT和MRCP检出率分别为71%和95%,胆囊结石的CT和MRCP检出率分别为69%和98%。结论 CT和MRCP技术对于胆石症均有较好的诊断效果,且后者较前者更具优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate CT and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP) in the diagno-sis of cholelithiasis.Methods Eighty-six patients with pathologically proved cholelithiasis were performed CT and MRCP.Results The detectable rate of cholangioc-holithiasis by CT and MRCP were 71% and 95%.The detectable rate of cholecystolithiasis by CT and MRCP were 69% and 98%.Conclusion CT and MRCP have nice performance in the diagno-sis of cholelithiasis,and the latter one is much better. |
