CT在胰腺癌的临床应用研究

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对胰腺癌的临床价值。方法收集手术病理证实的以及进行MSCT动脉期、胰腺期、门静脉期扫描的47例胰腺肿块,其中胰腺癌30例、慢性肿块型胰腺炎11例,胰腺囊性肿瘤6例,比较它们在各期的CT表现并且运用容积重建(VR)技术对胰腺癌的胰周血管受累情况进行评价。结果胰腺癌、慢性肿块型胰腺炎和胰腺囊性肿瘤在MSCT多期扫描过程中显示各自的特点,MSCT能显示胰腺癌的CT征象。VR技术能显示胰腺癌周围血管受累情况。结论 MSCT对胰腺癌具有极其重要的临床应用价值。

The clinical application of CT on pancreatic carcinoma diagnostics

Objective To explore the clinical application of CT to pancreatic carcinoma diagnostics.Methods Forty-seven cases of pancreatic mass which were identified with pathology,including 30 patients with pancreatic cancer,chronic mass-forming pancreatitis in 11 cases,pancreatic cystic tumor with 6 patients,were scaned by MSCT in arterial phase,pancreas,portal vein period to compare the performance of each period in CT and used the volume reconstruction(VR) technology to evaluate the situation of the pancreatic cancer enlarged peripancreatic vascular involvement.Results Pancreatic cancer,chronic mass-forming pancreatitis and pancreatic cystic tumor of the scanning process in MSCT displayed their own characteristics,MSCT could show characteristics of pancreatic cancer.VR technology could show the involvement of pancreatic cancer peripheral vascular.Conclusion MSCT for pancreatic cancer diagnostic has important value of clinical application.
