穴位注射对促进剖腹胆囊术后肠蠕动恢复的影响

目的观察穴位注射对促进剖腹胆囊术后患者肠蠕动功能恢复的影响。方法 2009年1—12月我院施行剖腹胆囊手术78例,随机分为实验组与对照组各39例。实验组应用甲硫酸新斯的明为主要注射液进行穴位足三里、上巨虚注射,对照组为常规治疗。观察两组患者肠蠕动恢复时间和排气时间。结果实验组肠鸣音恢复时间平均(21.3±4.6)h,对照组(27.6±5.3)h,经t检验,P<0.05。实验组术后第1次肛门排气时间平均(36.7±5.5)h,对照组平均(43.6±4.3)h,经t检验,P<0.05。结论剖腹术后采用穴位注射能有效促进患者肠蠕动的恢复,对患者手术后的早日康复和防止并发症的发生具有积极的推动作用。
