| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the complications of the laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) and prevention strategies.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 58 cases of LA,intraoperative and postoperative complications were summarized.Results:Intraoperative complications of LA included 2 cases of appendical mesenterium hemorrhage,1 case of intestinal electric burn and 1 case of subcutaneous emphysema.Postoperative complications included 1 case of abdominal abscess and 1 case of appendical stump leakage.Conclusions:LA complications are assocrated with operative proficiency and the severity of appendicitis.Correct understanding of disease severity and proficient endoscopic technique can effectively reduce the LA complications. |
