摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定愈美甲麻敏糖浆四组分的含量。方法采用C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以1%三乙胺溶液-1.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(30:30:40)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为220 nm,柱温35℃。结果四种成分的线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)分别为氢溴酸右美沙芬100.1%(RSD=0.6%)、愈创甘油醚99.7%(RSD=0.5%)、盐酸甲麻黄碱99.9%(RSD=0.9%)和马来酸氯苯那敏99.9%(RSD=0.8%)。结论该法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:Aim To establish a method for determination of four components of compound Yumei Jiamamin syrup.Method C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,with 1% triethylamine solution-1.1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile(303040) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,and wavelength at detector was 220 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Results Satisfactory linearity of four constituents were obtained with average recoveries(n=9) as follows :dextromethorphan hydrobromide 100.1%(RSD=0.6),guaifenesin 99.7%(RSD=0.5%),methylephedrine hydrochloride 99.9%(RSD=0.9%) and chlorphenamine maleate 99.9%(RSD=0.8%).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
