| 摘 要： | 目的 研究TTF-1和p63在肺腺癌及肺鳞癌中的表达及鉴别诊断中的价值.方法 收集肺鳞癌69例,腺癌62例,采用免疫组织化学PV-9000法分别检测TTF-1和p63在肺腺癌及肺鳞癌中的表达情况.结果 TTF-1在肺鳞癌中未见表达（0/69）,在肺腺癌中的阳性表达率为87.10%（54/62）,TTF-1表达在肺鳞癌与肺腺癌中的表达差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）;P63在肺鳞癌中的阳性表达率为97.10%（67/69）,在肺腺癌中的阳性表达为4.84%（3/62）,p63表达在肺鳞癌与肺腺癌中的表达差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 根据TTF-1和p63在肺癌组织的存在特异性表达,联合检测两者有助于在肺活检标本中对肺鳞癌和肺腺癌的鉴别诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and differential diagnosis value of TrF-1 and p63 be- tween adenocarcinoma of lung and squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The study selected 69 patients with squa- mous cell carcinoma and 62 patients with adenocarcinoma of lung. The expression of TFF-1 and 1963 was detected by PV-9000. Results The positive rate of p63 was 97.10% （67/69） in patients with primary lung squamous cell carci- noma, and 4. 84% in patients with adenocarcinomas of lung （3/62）. The positive rate of TTF-1 cxpressiun was 87. 10% （54/62） in palienls with adcnocarcinonlas of hmg, and 0 in patients with lung square.us cell carciuoma. Conclusion Comhined examinatiou oTTTF-1 toni p63 is valuable in the differential diagnosis between adcuocarcinu- ma of lung and squamous cell carcinoma. |
