老年鲍曼不动肺部感染患者的临床和耐药性分析简

目的 分析我院老年住院病人呼吸道分离鲍曼不动杆菌株对常用抗菌药的耐药率,指导临床用药.方法 收集我院老年住院患者下呼吸道分离菌株,药敏试验采用K-B扩散法,同时对其临床资料进行分析.结果 共分离出158株鲍曼不动杆菌,其中,美罗培南、亚胺培南、米诺环素、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的敏感率较高.对头孢类、喹诺酮类及氨基糖苷类均有较高耐药性.结论 加强细菌及耐药性检测,熟悉其耐药特征,控制老年患者的鲍曼不动杆菌的肺部感染具有重要的现实意义.

Clinical and drug resistance analysis of elderly patients with pulmonary infection caused by acinetobacter baumannii

Objective To study the drug resistance of pulmonary infection caused by acinetobacter bauman- nil separated from lower respiratory tract of the elderly hospitalized patients. Methods The strains separated from lower respiratory tract of the elderly hospitalized patients were given drug sensitive test by K-B diffusion method, and their clinical data was analyzed. Results 158 strains of acinetobacter baumannii were isolated, which showed a high sensitivity to imipenem, minocycline, cefoperazone/shubatan, and a high resistance to cephalosporins, quinolone and aminoglycoside. Conclusion strengthening bacteria and drug resistance testing, to be familiar with its drug. It has an important meaning to control the lung infection ,strengthen bacteria and drug test, and be familiar with its drug re- sistance of acinetohacter baumannii in the ehlerly hospilalized patients.
