| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清合肽素测定对于COPD患者的临床意义.方法 测定COPD患者治疗前后及对照组的血清合肽素（copeptin）、白介素-6（IL-6）,比较二组相关数值的差异.结果 治疗前COPD患者的血清合肽素A组（0.94±0.17）ug/L明显高于B组（0.39±0.04）μg/L及对照组（0.07±0.03）μg/L,治疗后A组、B组COPD患者血清合肽素均较治疗前显著降低,分别为（0.17±0.03）和（0.11±0.03）μg/L.治疗后COPD患者血清IL-6与治疗前相比,明显下降.结论 COPD患者血清合肽素的检测可作为判断疗效的一项指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of the detection of serum copeptin in patients with COPD. Methods The levels of serum c, opeptin and IL-6 were detected in COPD patients and healthy controls. Resuits The level of serum c, opeptin was the highest in the group A hefore the treatment. And the levels of serum copeptin and IL-6 decreased more obviously in COPD patients after the treatment than before. Conclusion The de- tection of serum cnpeptin can be used as an intlammatory marker for judging the curative effect in COPD patients. |
