老年脑卒中患者合并肺部感染的原因分析及早期康复治疗简

目的 对老年脑卒中患者合并肺部感染的原因进行分析,探讨早期康复治疗的方法与效果.方法 选择我院2012年1月~2013年1月70例合并肺部感染的与70例未合并肺部感染的脑卒中患者进行对照研究,分析发生肺部感染高危因素.结果 NIHSS评分与神经功能缺损评分评分高,有气管切开史、有吞咽功能障碍、合并意识障碍、高龄、合并糖尿病及营养状况差等是老年脑卒中患者发生肺部感染的主要因素（P〈0.05）.结论 老年人脑卒中后肺部感染的发生率较高.在常规治疗的基础上结合康复治疗,可更有效促进患者的痊愈.

Analysis of causes of elderly stroke patients complicated with pulmonary infection

Objective To analyze the causes of elderly stroke patients with pulmonary infection, and to ex- plore the early rehabilitation methods and results. Methods 70 stroke patients with pulmonary infection were select-ed as the study group, and 70 stroke patients without pulmonary infection were taken as the controls. The causes of pulmonary infection were comparatively analyzed. Results The study group had high NIHSS score and neurological deficit score. The high risk factors included tracheotomy history, swallowing dysfunction, disturbance of conscious- ness, and old age, diabetes and poor nutritional status. Conclusion The incidence of pulmonary infection is high in elderly stroke patients. Conventional therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve their cura- tive effect.
