| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨初治肺结核患者合并蛋白质营养不良时的临床特点.方法 选取100例合并蛋白质营养不良的初治肺结核患者的临床资料,以同期住院治疗的不合并蛋白质营养不良的100例初治肺结核患者作为对照.结果 与不合并蛋白质营养不良的初治肺结核患者相比,初治肺结核患者合并蛋白质营养不良时,结核病灶范围广,痰菌阳性率高,疗效差,在治疗过程中容易出现药物性肝损害.结论 蛋白质营养不良对初治肺结核患者的病情及治疗有不良影响,在肺结核防治工作中应重视加强蛋白质营养支持治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of initial pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were complicated with protein-malnutrition. Methods The clinical data of lO0 patients with initial pulmonary tuber- culosis complicated with protein-malnutrition were selected, and 100 initial pulmonary tuberculosis patients were se- lected as the control group. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had more wideJy range of lesions, higher sputum-positive rate, worse efficacy, and higher Arug-induced hetmlitis rate. Conclu- sion Protein-malnutrition has negative effect on initial puhnonary tuberculosis patients, which should be paid more attention in the prevention and conlrol of pulmonary tuberculosis. |
