小剂量糖皮质激素联合 N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床研究简

目的 探讨小剂量糖皮质激素联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸（NAC）治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床效果,以期提高临床治疗水平.方法 回顾性分析2010年4月~2013年2月110例特发性肺纤维化患者,分成两组,对照组55例,单纯采用NAC治疗,观察组55例,在对照组的基础上加用小剂量糖皮质激素联合治疗,比较两组治疗后临床效果.结果 治疗前后在临床主要症状改善情况、肺功能和不良反应发生率上均有明显的差异性（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义.结论 小剂量糖皮质激素联合NAC治疗特发性肺纤维化临床效果显著,安全性好.

Clinical research on small dose of glucocorticoid combined with N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-dose of glucocorticoid combined with N-acetyl- cysteine （NAC） in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods 110 idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given NAC treatment, and the observation group （55 cases） was additionally treated with small dose of glucocorticoid therapy. Their clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the improvement of main clinical symptoms and the incidence of ad- verse reactions was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion I,ow-dose of glucocorticoid combined with NAC has good curative effect and high safety in the treatment of idiopathic oulmonarv fibrosis.
