经腹腔径路腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的手术技巧

目的:探讨腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术的安全性、有效性及手术技巧。方法:回顾分析2002年10月至2005年10月我院经腹腔径路行腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术87例患者的临床资料,结石直径5～28mm。结果:87例均手术成功,手术时间40～310min,平均85min,术中出血30～100ml,均未输血,腹腔引流时间2～3d,术后住院5～7d。随访6～12个月,无输尿管狭窄发生。结论:经腹腔径路腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术安全有效,具有患者创伤小、康复快、住院时间短等优点。

The technique of transperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for treatment of ureteral calculi

Objective:To explore the safety,efficacy and operation technique of transperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Methods:Between Oct.2002 and Oct.2005,87 cases performed transperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy were retrospectively analyzed.The diameters of calculi were from 5 to 28mm.Results:All the operations were successful in the first stage.The operation time was 40 to 310min(mean 85min).The drain tube in abdominal were removed 2 to 3 days after operation and the hospitalization time was 5 to 7days.During the following 6 to 12 months,no ureteral stricture was found.Conclusions:Transperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is a safe and effective method for ureteral calculi.It has the advantages of mini-invasion,early resumption and short hospitalization time.
