| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨糖尿病患者健康教育的方法与意义。方法：对本院内分泌组2002～2006年124例门诊、住院糖尿病患者实施健康教育,包括生活方式,糖尿病基础知识、心理、饮食、运动、药物治疗、糖尿病自我监测及自我保健教育等。结果：不良生活方式,不规则血糖监测者明显减少,糖尿病血糖及糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）达标率显著提高。结论：对糖尿病患者实施健康教育具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of health education for diabetes mellitus patients. Methods： Our hospital endocrine group from 2002 to 2006, 124 cases outpatient and hospitalization in patients with diabetes health education,including life style,diabetes basic knowledge,psychological,diet,exercise,medication,diabetes self-monitoring and self-care education. Results： Unhealthy life styles,irregular blood glucose testing significantly reduced,blood glucose and HbA1c was significantly improved. Conclusion： Health education for diabetes patients has positive significance. |
