2009—2012年北京医院中药饮片价格趋势及干预措施分析

目的:了解我院中药饮片的价格调整情况,为合理调控中药饮片价格工作的开展提供参考。方法:收集整理2009—2012年我院中药饮片价格调整的相关数据,并进行统计和分析。结果:2009—2011年我院中药饮片价格调整的品种数量逐年增加,在对中药饮片的价格实施干预措施后,2012年涨价品种数量有所降低。50元以下的中药饮片的用量及销售金额占比逐年下降。结论:中药饮片价格整体呈现上涨趋势,价格低廉的中药饮片逐渐减少,应加强中药饮片的价格管理。

Price Trend of Chinese Herbal Pieces in Beijing Hospital During 2009-2012 and Analysis of the Intervention Measures

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the price regulation on Chinese Herbal Pieces in our hospital so as to provide reference for the rational price regulation of Chinese herbal pieces.METHODS：The related data regarding the price regulation of Chinese herbal pieces in our hospital during the period 2009-2012 were collected for statistical analysis.RESULTS：The Chinese herbal pieces undergoing price regulation in our hospital during the period 2009-2012 were increasing year by year in terms of number of varieties,due to price regulation control,the number of Chinese herbal pieces showing price rise decreased to some extent since 2012.The proportion of Chinese herbal pieces priced below 50 Yuan showed year-on-year decrease in both consumption quantity and consumption sum.CONCLUSION：The price of Chinese herbal pieces showed a rising trend with fewer and fewer low-price Chinese herbal pieces available thus it is urgent to tighten price control on Chinese herbal pieces.
