难治性肺炎的治疗体会

摘    要:目的:探讨难治性肺炎难治的原因,为临床治疗提供抗感染思路与技巧。方法:对成功参与治疗的典型难治性肺炎病例进行回顾性分析,从病原体、宿主、药物等环节分析难治的原因,总结对策。结果:对于难治性肺炎,应明确其难治的原因,并采取相应措施,制订个体化抗感染方案,可提高抗感染成功率。结论:临床药师应全面提升自身的医学知识水平,掌握扎实的药学专业知识,具备分析临床信息并以药学专业优势制定相应治疗策略的能力,以提高临床用药安全性及救治成功率。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To explore the reasons for the refractoriness of the refractory pneumonia so as to provide ideas and skills in clinical anti-infective treatment.METHODS:The typical refractory infections cases with treatment success were analyzed retrospectively; the reasons for the refractoriness of pneumonia were analyzed from aspects of pathogens,hosts and drugs meanwhile the countermeasures were explored.RESULTS:To improve the success rate in the anti-infective treatment of refractory pneumonia cases,it is important to identify the causes for its refractoriness meanwhile taking corresponding measures and formulating individualized antiinfective therapy.CONCLUSION:Clinical pharmacists should improve their own holistic medical knowledge level,master solid pharmaceutical expertise and equip themselves with the abilities of analyzing clinical information and formulating corresponding treatment strategies by taking advantage of their pharmacy knowledge as to improve the safety of clinical medication and the success rate of treatment.
