2009—2012 年我院国家基本药物应用分析

目的：了解医院基本药物的应用情况,为国家基本药物制度更好地实施与落实及进一步促进临床合理用药提供参考.方法：调查2009-2012年我院基本药物使用情况,对采购品种、销售金额、金额所占比例及用药频度（DDDs）进行统计、分析,并对国家基本药物中的抗菌药物及电解质和营养类大输液的临床应用进行分析.结果：国家基本药物的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,主要集中在电解质和营养类大输液及抗菌药物的使用量和使用比例逐年增加;国家基本药物销售金额占药品销售总金额的比例基本稳定,维持在10％～12％;DDDs和销售金额排序最高的是电解质及酸碱平衡类药,注射剂的销售金额、DDDs远高于口服剂型.结论：我院国家基本药物总体使用率偏低,特别是治疗类国家基本药物使用较少,需加大国家基本药物在医院的宣传、推广力度,进一步促进临床安全、有效、经济用药.

AnalysisoftheUtilizationofNationalEssentialDrugsinOurHospitalDuring2009-2012

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of essential drugs in our hospital so as to provide reference for the implementation of National Essential Drug system and to further promote clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS： The utilization of national essential drugs in our hospital during 2009-2012 was analyzed statistically in terms of drug categories, consumption sum and its proportion and DDDs. The clinical use of the antibacterial drugs and large volume parenteral solutions was also analyzed. RESULTS： hospital was rising year by year from 2009 to 2012, much as in The consumption sum of national essential drugs in our the consumption quantity and proportion of electrolytes and nutritional large volume parenteral solutions which showed year on year increase. The consumption sum proportion of national essential drugs in the total drug consumption sum was stable at about 10%-12%. Electrolytes and acid-base balance drugs dominated the front place in the list of DDDs and consumption sum. The consumption sum and DDDs of injections were significantly higher those of oral dosage forms. CONCLUSION： The proportion of national essential drugs used in our hospital is still on the lower side, especially the therapeutic drugs which had little use. Great efforts must be taken to intensify the propagandizing and popularization of national essential drugs in hospital to promote clinical safe, effective and economical use of drugs.
