| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院抗酸药及抗溃疡药的临床使用现状和发展趋势.方法：通过我院药品信息管理系统提取2010-2012年我院抗酸药及抗溃疡药的使用数量、金额等数据,采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法（DDDs）进行统计、分析.结果：3年来我院抗酸药及抗溃疡药的销售金额持续增长,且增长率较高,其中质子泵抑制剂的销售金额排序始终居前列,且同步性较好.结论：我院抗酸药及抗溃疡药的使用呈快速增长趋势,用药基本合理.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the status and antiulcer drugs in our hospital. METHODS： The antiulcer drugs in our hospital during 2010-2012 were quo and developmental tendency of the clinical use of antiacid consumption quantity and consumption sum of the antiacid and retrieved from drug information management system for statistical analysis in respect of ranking in consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS： The consumption sum of the antiacid and antiulcer drugs in our hospital showed a steadily fast increase, and proton pump inhibitors always took the lead the in consumption sum showing good synchronization. CONCLUSION ： The use of antiacid and antiulcer drugs in our hospital showed a rapid increase trend and the drug use was rational on the whole. |
