| 摘 要： | 胃癌及癌前病变的发生涉及环境、表观遗传学和多种遗传基因的异常,基因芯片技术在分析基因表达谱和甲基化等方面取得了一定进展.此文对基因芯片技术在胃黏膜病变研究中的应用做一介绍,并探讨和其他技术相结合的新进展.

| Abstract: | The carcinogenesis of gastric cancer and precancerous disease is related with environmental, epigenetic and genetic abnormal, undergoes multiple stage. The cDNA microarray technology is appealing in detection of gene expression profiles and promoter hypermethylation changes. This article reviews recent advances of the technology in gastric disease and the combined with other techniques. |
