| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针夹脊穴配合刺络拔罐法与西药治疗带状疱疹的疗效差异。方法将53例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组31例、对照组22例。治疗组采用电针夹脊穴配合梅花针叩刺加拔火罐法治疗：对照组采用口服盐酸伐昔洛韦、消炎痛、维生素B1、维生素B12治疗。结果治疗组愈显率为93．5％，对照组愈显率为72．7％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），电针夹脊配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效优于西药治疗。结论电针夹脊配合刺络拔罐是治疗带状疱疹的有效方法。
