| 摘 要： | 目的:观察医用泡沫材料负压封闭引流(CDCNP)处理复杂感染创面的临床疗效.方法:对外伤后创面感染经常规治疗无效的27便病人,应用CDCNP处理创面.结果:疗效满意.结论:CDCNP是一种全方位引流,具有引流管不容易被堵塞,引流效果好,创面愈合快,操作简便易行等特点,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Twenty-seven patients with complicat-edly infected trauma were treated with closed negative pressure drainage (CNPD) with clodex. The result was desirable. CNPD is an overall position drainage. The drainage effect is perfect with the drainage-tube unblocked for a long time and trauma was healed more faster by this method than by routine treatment. CNPD is desirable to be used on a large clinical scale. |
